1. Terrible low-quality touch screen. You have to press repeatedly for it to register input.2. Has an LG-confirmed issue where all incoming SMS messages are timestamped about 5 hours off from the actual time.Our store has an entire drawer full of returned LG Encores. I don't even know why they keep sending them to us. Awful devices.

I got this phone for Christmas this past year. Overall, it is a great phone and I have enjoyed it. It is great for talking, texting, and listening to music. The only cons of this phone are:- The touch screen is not always responsive. You will tap an icon on the screen and it will not respond immediately. Also, the touch screen doesn't always take gestures accurately. I tried re-calibrating the touch screen and it didn't solve the problem.- The time stamp on incoming texts is five hours behind. The guy at the At&t Store said that this was a network problem.As a whole, this is a great phone and I would recommend it to anyone.
